I always seem to head towards the Cat and Fiddle, either via long hill from Whalley Bridge or south through the lanes from Kettleshume. Both seriously long climbs.</description>

		<description>Hi Simon, thanks for the comment. I think the key to successful running and cycling is rest. I never go for a big run after a long bike. In fact, I almost always have a rest day before a big run. The day after I usually do an easy bike. I think if you only do one run a week you can get into problems so I aim for one long run, plus a couple of short ones - these are sometimes combined with a bike ride or on the same day as a bike ride.

Good luck with the recovery: ice, ibuprofen and streeeetch!</description>
